Hi guys ! For my second entry, I want to tell about traditional foods that have in Malaysia.Many people know that Malaysia are a famous place that have many various food during celebration or on their daily food at each states.So,now i will start with traditional food that all Malay eat during Happy Eid Mubarak.
Actually,every states have different main dish during Eid Mubarak.Eventhought they have different main dish,but the side dish are actually are the same.First I will list the side dish for example nasi impit,ketupat palas,lemang,rendang,sate and lontong.Nasi Impit,Ketupat palas or Satey often eat with kuah kacang.Ketupat palas and lemang are use a same main ingredients but different taste and shape.Okey now I will tell the different about this two dish.
Firstly, the different is Ketupat palas must made with daun palas. From that we call it 'Ketupat Palas'.While Lemang we cooked in a hollow bamboo stem. Then the same main ingredient that I have told early and the most important ingredients that we have to add is glutinous rice. Ketupat Palas and Lemang often people eat with rendang ayam or serunding.We also eat Lontong with nasi impit.
Then, now I will tell about food traditional at a few states. I will start with Terengganu.This place was famous with Nasi dagang.While in Kelantan was Nasi Kerabu. Pulau Pinang was famous with Laksa Penang. Next in Johor famous with Laksa Johor.
